Hi, I’m Lauren!

You do brilliant work. So why does nobody know about it?

I’m a coach, astrologer and marketer for coaches and entrepreneurs. I know so many incredible coaches doing life-changing work that nobody hears about, because they’re busy serving clients and don’t have a team to do PR (yet!).

I was one of them. I always wanted to go on podcasts and get press, but between clients and everything else, I just didn’t have the capacity.

So I built a PR assistant in Claude. It knows who I am and who I serve, and every morning it has a handful of pitches ready for me. I check that each show is a real fit, add a line in my own words, and hit send.

Every single one is right in my expertise, and every single one is something I’m SUPER excited to do! I finally have an extra pair of hands.

I’m not a publicist. I’m a professional marketer with an MBA, but really, I’m just a girl with a Claude account and a dream.

Pitch, Please is exactly how I set it up, written down so you can build your own. If you can copy and paste, you can do this!

Why PR?

What one yes can do for you

Reach new audiences

Every podcast or article puts you in front of people who already trust the host and have never heard of you!

Boost your brand

Being the guest expert builds credibility faster than another post on social.

Get press clippings for your website

“As featured on” logos and links make your sales pages stronger, help people find you on Google, and make the next yes easier.

Get content for weeks

One episode turns into posts, a newsletter and quotes, so you’re not starting from scratch.

What’s inside

Everything you need to start getting booked this week

The 35-page guide

Written for non-tech people, with a made-up coach called Maya showing you what “filled in” looks like at every step.

The Fast Track

One prompt that sets up your whole PR assistant in about 30 minutes. Claude asks you the questions.

19 copy-and-paste prompts

From finding your story angles to answering journalist requests, all online and ready to copy.

A PR tracker Claude keeps for you

A Google Sheet with follow-up dates that fill themselves in. Or just ask Claude who needs a follow-up.

Example pitches

Podcast, writer and workshop pitches, plus a follow-up and a “what not to send” example.

What to do once you’re booked

Your call to action, your setup (no fancy gear needed!) and how to turn one episode into the next booking.

How it works

Claude does the legwork. You do the human part.

  1. Set it up once (about an hour)

Paste the Fast Track prompt into Claude and answer its questions. It writes your PR profile and instructions for you.

  2. Every morning, pitches are ready

Claude finds shows that fit you, checks the contacts are current, and drafts short, personal pitches.

  3. Spend a few minutes sending

Listen to an episode or two, make sure your values line up, add a line in your own words, and hit send.

This is for you if
  • You’re a coach, consultant or service provider
  • You want podcasts, press and speaking gigs but never have time to chase them
  • You’d love an extra pair of hands before you’re ready to hire a publicist
A note on integrity

You’re using AI to help you, and that’s great. Your stories, your laugh and your expertise are what make you a great guest. This kit is built around real listening, real fit and your own words in every pitch.

Questions

Good questions!

Do I need to be techy?

Nope! If you can copy and paste, you can do this. Every step has a filled-in example.

How much time does it take?

About an hour to set up, one time. After that, a few minutes a day to look over your pitches, add your own line and send. Before you pitch a new show, listen to an episode or two so you know it’s a real fit!

What do I need?

A paid Claude account (Pro is enough) and about an hour to set up. A Google account helps if you want the tracker in Google Sheets.

Can I use ChatGPT?

Yes. The prompts work there too, and the guide shows you what’s different.

Does Claude send emails for me?

Never. You always check the fit, add your own line and press send yourself.

Is this a PR course?

No. It’s the system I built and use, written down so you can build your own. A great publicist is still worth it down the line. Let’s get you some press first!

How do I get it?

Instant download right after checkout: the PDF guide, plus links to the prompt library and your copy of the tracker.
